@@kennyskomputers1009 you are 15 and your liking the vintage equipment. Now that’s cool. Are you going to go further with racing? 2 cycles? 4 cycles? For me, 2 cycles are the way to go. I like an engine that when you hit the throttle, it snaps you head back a bit….lol……
@@JR-xj2vr Haha, I think I’m going to stick with 2-cycle as long as I can. Just got my new motor running for the first time in my newly restored kart today, and it was like no other! I’ll upload the first start video.
I’ve been out of karting for many years now, but back in the day 80’s and 90’s the KT100 was such a great reliable and competitive 2cycle.
I’m 15 and just finished my KT100 kart running on a 1987 Margay Lynx for Vintage classes! It’s a lot more fun on the older karts in my opinion!

I raced sprint kart and had a KT100 ( novice class ) ….. we would hit 105 km/h at a sprint track….. great engine
Hey dude, just letting you know changing that carburetor won’t do anything unless you change that can pipe to a true L-shaped pipe
Thats! True this caburator in ur hand much too' smoll & the run by the biger looks nice.
You need an actual pipe, and air box for the kart to run proper with full power
Top speed?
Around 100-110 kmh :))
I think ya need a bigger kart mate
The reason why his kart came with the small carb, because that's a cadet chassis and race setup for 8-12 year olds
