I appreciate that everyone has different musical tastes but it always amazes me the numbers of people that completely ignore very talented street performers and appear oblivious to whats happening in front of them as if nothing is happening. Of course they may be busy or in deep thought, so they don't have to stop and watch but at least gives some indication and appreciation of her obvious talent even if its for a fleeting moment.
I was thinking the same thing. If I were ‘there’, I’d have to sit down on pavement in front of her…just listen, give the money I was going to shop with. However, I’m 79, and someone would have to help me up. It would be like going to a concert, with a front row seat ♥️

When I sing in Manhattan with my sister, people want to listen to my sister because she is hot and she is a woman. She has a decent voice and just started singing however, she gets the higher tips. Even woman stop when they see her. This video proves that. This woman has a voice that is a 7 and she has almost 2 million views because she is attractive, which brings her voice up to a ten. Trust me, that is how this whole music thing works.

It's not self absorbed. Just jaded essentially. Everything is all pop music now. I'd assume people are kinda sick of it. She's not a band musician, but she's not great either. It's extremely rare to find a person who's amazing at music. There's not a lot. There's plenty who are passable. Plus, you really box yourself in when you play pop music. It can only go as far with covers. No one's self absorbed, she's just a little generic.
