I don't want any distractions to miss direct me". I see them now and I'm glad I said no back then. Life hasn't been good to them . They didn't build before they married and their health is failing too.

      Yes. I agree completely. You can get divorced at any age. However, you’re still finding out yourself in your 20s. 30s in my opinion is the best time to start a family and be married. At that time, most people are financially and emotionally ready.

    • @Nicc1111
      @Nicc1111 24 дні тому +18

      I disagree actually. I did what you said and now I’m 48 single and no children. I kept pushing it off for my career (I’m a woman) and now it’s too late. You’ll never love as purely and deeply as you do in your first love and for every other partner you have your chances of divorce sky rocket. So call me old fashioned but I say marry your first love if he is good and kind and whether you become millionaires or not you’ll live a happy and blessed life surrounded by kids who will be there in your old age. If I could go back now I’d do just that. No shaking up. No giving the milk away for free. No running around enjoying myself at the expense of a family and future.

      I disagree. I met my husband a week after I turned 21. He proposed to me 4 months later and we got married 9 months after that. This year we celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. I was still in college when we got married and he was working full-time. I would never delay being with the person I love for a job or financial setup. It’s the same for those people who say don’t have kids until you can afford them - then you’ll never have kids. If you truly love that person, and they love you, and you are both committed to each other, you figure it out.

      I disagree too. I got married at 22, been married for 21 yrs now, we have 4 kids and life is great. Granted we were poor when we got married and had student loans, but we were able to pay them off. I stayed home with my kids working part time for a few years and even thought we never took extravagant vacations life had been good to us. Wouldn’t change a thing. It’s all a matter of having common goals and marrying someone who is genuinely kind. Character matters.

      Yes, term gets more expensive. If you stay out of debt, you don't need term insurance anymore because you're self insured because you lived right, saved 15% and invested wisely. Also, Dr. John was asking Aaron those underlying questions because he could feel the anxiety. He was going through his checklist of the six daily choice. Health and healing, reality, mindfulness, belief, connection, and freedom. They finally got to it. He has financial trauma from the past and has just had a kid and doesn’t want to repeat it. The GPS pin John always talks about is going off which is setting his alarms off and causing him to panic. That’s why he was in a frenzy about having “buyers remorse” Dr. John knows what he’s doing. 1:10:56 what a worthless piece of advice!
    It’s expensive to renovate old houses if you lay it off sure.
    And it’s not that perfect if you use to days standards and mix with the old.
    But we build better today !?
    What is this guy smoking …
    An old house the materials in that could build 10 houses.
    Today you’ll by an glued up fibers wrapped in a plastic bag
    Compare that to a stone foundations and a massive wood wall.

      Absolutely! Building materials and the executioners can’t stand up with the past when it comes to a sound building or workmanship, NOTHING is built to last anymore, now it’s all about extracting people’s 💰for poor quality products !
