Defeat Zhen Ji and Cao Zhen. Supply Captain appears near the north-east gate next to Sima Yi's starting location, and proceeds towards the north-west gate.
Other notes:
The biggest hurdle to this weapon happens at the start in the form of Zhen Ji. Dealing with her fast attacks can be a problem, but after that most everything should go smoothly. The Wei forces do scatter a generous number of crossbow units among their forces, so bear that in mind as you approach this battle. Take out the gate captains early so you have less crossbow units to deal with overall, they are a regular reinforcement option from the gates.
Isolating the Supply Captain can be tricky at the start of his appearance, but if you're willing to wait as he gets nearer to the north-west gate, it takes you away from Sima Yi's force and gives you some breathing room to take him down easy.
After a few minutes into the battle, Ma Su finds himself ambushed by Xin Pi, a sub-general of Zhang He, so you can rescue him if you have time. If you leave Sima Zhao alone, he makes a beeline for the supply depot, so if you want to avoid having the Shu forces lose some morale, take him out early too. Other officers can be taken out at your leisure, but even Zhang He is a mangeable prospect if you keep one eye out for any crossbows.
