Lovely reedy haunting tone to the Low F. One of my favourite low whistles, on par with my Low F Goldie, but with an airier sound which suits some tunes better. The low G has the same tone. Both are very easy to play in both octaves. Great whistles to add to your collection. Well done Phil
Really nice looking and sounding whistles!! Also, I agree with everything you said about every whistle being special in their own way! They really do all have the way they want to be played.
Thanks for your excellent review and talk about whistles generally. I have a collection of various whistles and they are all different and I use them depending on which style of tune suits a particular whistle, or the other peoples instruments being played at the time. May even play a flute, or guitar instead to get the balance of sound to its best. I have just purchased a G busker and your demo. was very useful for me. Thanks. Looking forward to playing it. 😁
Hi could you please give me some advice. I’m just starting out and love the sound of the busker F above. Could you please tell me if it is a F alto , F Mezzo. Sorry for my ignorance but just want to buy the right whistle many thanks Matt
Thank you for your videos, they're really helpful and informative, I've just ordered myself a busker alto G after hearing you play one.

F alto.
Super
Is this softer or louder than the Thunderbird F?
Thanks!
It has a richer tone and slightly louder.
@@philhardywhistles Thanks for the quick reply! Is there a busker low D in the works? Thanks again! :)
@@Lochsloy92 No, we make enough low Ds.
@@philhardywhistles Ok, which low D model is the loudest would you say?
@@Lochsloy92 The Custom and the V5 are both loud enough.
