Intersection of Technology & Education in the K-12 Classroom

As we all know, the days when families had only one school option, their local zoned public school, are gone. Today, families are choosing between private schools, charter schools, magnet schools, online schools, and homeschooling, and are sometimes using a mix of multiple options to customize their educational pathway. In this talk, we'll dive into the intersection of technology and education in the K-12 classroom. We’ll go over a quick introduction, a historical timeline, talk about what’s happening today and what we see as opportunities for tomorrow, and touch on policy and governance.
