I believe the scope thing with the SG is a mandela effect. I have NEVER seen that in my years of playing. One of my all time favourite skins is the integrale and I never noticed the 'cone'

the cone on the top of the SG scope is the rear sight of the backup ironsights. those exists so when the optic runs out of bateries or gets damaged beyond any usable state you can still aim without having to remove the scope which would cause you to loose the zero.
the galil chatterbox is my fave skin because theres this piece of metal that goes up and down when you shoot, and the skin has a lil skull or like mouth on the gun and the metal piece so when you shoot it looks like its laughing.
There is another easter egg, on the Ump-45 Minotaurs Labyrinth, where there is a little minotaur in the Labyrinth. I dont think its that rare but its cool in my opinion. Pattern 418 is pretty good

the easter egg fpr the hazard pay here isnt even really an easter egg, its a construction thing to have cones. the real easter egg on the skin is that there is a csgo logo that is made to look similar to the caterpillar logo which is a massive construction supplier company

Also they are vary handy when you are closer than 30m and the 4x scope (like the ACOG on SG) is not really useful for quick target acquisition.
