I am happy my vocal tics are just small noises. Lots of physical tics though but they are easier to hide since i try to let them flow over or into movement i could possibly do at that time. That way it is way harder to notice. But yea if you have a severe case... it is not fun at all. Most people with tourettes do make some jokes around it ofcourse especially with friends who know the truth but it is not something u want to have be it a light case or severe case. It also drains ur energy a lot.
