Testing out the new Nordic Legend ice fishing tent as a winter camping shelter. Went very well. Yet a center pole is required as any snow loading will collapse the roof. As a single walled shelter you will have to deal with condensation and don’t place items dirictly under the windows as water will drip down when the wood stove is on.
Overall I’m very impressed with the Nordic Legends wind resistance. I had the stove on during a storm and didn’t get worried at all. The tent when anchored properly is very sturdy.
