The time Finland was underrated in 80's mostly cause the language. Should have been top 10. The best live orchestra in Eurovision was Munich 1983, very professional and sounded powerfull!

The 1983 contest was held in Munich, West Germany. Finland in German is Finnland. Finland in the Finnish language is Suomi.
