The most epic was the Airfix sale - they can pay their light bill for a month after i broke my piggy bank on that one. Just for you reverence here in the colonies we are switched over to Hornby Models for Airfix. They do a fabulous job with packaging and quick shipping.. Looking foward to " your show" in 2025. For me, Monday Matters, is like getting a copy of scale aircraft modelling 30yrs ago & finding out what was being released 🤗 Maybe replace the kit of the week with kit of the month? I, like many here, love your content, but I probably don't hit the like button enough (I cast to the TV, from the phone (old eyes😉) I would like to wish you & your family, along with all the community a happy & prosperous New Year 😁🤗🥂
Yes, Kit of the Month is a possible way forward - it would relieve pressure on building while keeping the concept going. I'll see how the new version goes - nothing is written in stone! Thanks for the input!

I'm disappointed that the analytics do not show the build videos to be more popular, as they are my favourite feature. I confess that I initially subscribed to your channel because you usually have the early notification of kit deals at Lidl and ALDI and I'm not surprised that they get the highest viewing figures, together with the announcements of new issues from manufacturers. Best wishes for 2025, and I hope that you get great satisfaction when you get installed in the North Wing.

Some peoples build videos are a bit tedious in that they film a particular operation, like spraying for too long. Others are far too much talking. Of all your videos I do find Monday Matters to be essential viewing because of the upcoming products. I am also assuming that many of your viewers are experienced modelers so the build videos might focus more on issues or just things to be aware of in the build. I am presently building the Airfix F86F-40 Sabre so I watched your build video of this to be sure I don't miss anything.

I would just like to say thanks have been with Gary’s Stuff 2023-2024 and what a great time l have had the new format for MM sounds just what l want also thanks Gary for showing me how to be a better modeller (pre-shading) being a game changer and some other tips so here to 2025 👍
“Only” 25 kits built this year? Actually, I’d say that’s pretty good going. Essentially that is one every two weeks with a week off for summer holiday and Christmas. I wish I could achieve that build rate. I’m more like 4 or 5 per year! That said I do think it’s a good idea to move away from a Kit of the Week every week. The old format of box opening, history, build worked very well because it formed a concentrated “story”. The longer builds tended to be a little less coherent. I think if you spread the KOTWs out a bit it will enable you to make the narratives tighter. Anyway Gary, thanks for everything you’ve shown us in 2024 and I’m looking forward to what 2025 brings!
The airfix B24 , new tool, finally made it to my local hobby shop, $109 Aussie dollars. It was a long wait but it looks a great kit. Thanks for your build video by the way.
Hi Gary. Thanks for all the vids. I do enjoy the builds and have purchased kits after seeing how they go together on the channel. Marauder, Spitfire XIV, Lee Richards! Maybe a "Kit of the X" being how long it takes to build at a relaxed pace and then just put out shorter build/updates on the kit. ICM's new Hampden could be a kit of the Month built with weekly build update vids. Kit of the Fortnight for a 1/35 AFV. Whatever is comfortable. I like all the news and kit stuff as well and keenly await the appropriate lyrical quotes that lead us unto the week's Monday Matters. Cheers for 2025. Matt🦘

My stash adds far outweighed my builds this year. 25 added 3 finished, a 4th is 95% there and hopefully it will be done during the new year break. I'm planning on being a bit more tactical with my purchases next year but we'll see how that goes.

Putting my advice into practice I have been cataloguing and rationalising the stash and other modelling impedimenta with a view to hitting 2025 ‘running’. There may be some benefits for M4H as a result. Unlikely to make the Thursday Livestream as it’s also IPMS night, however looking at the weather coming up it may be prudent to stay at home and tune in.
