Depends tony moly helps in giving you bouncy and hydrated skin whereas rice toner helps in skin brightening

Both are good, rice moisturizer helps in skin brightening whereas this Bioderma moisturizer is for providing intense moisturization that's it.
Rice water based products helps in brightening your skin

Go for Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer
