I'm guessing a 12'30" boat with 10 horse. I have a 12'36" boat. Would like a 9.9 horse as I can go on more lakes. I'll have to get the 6 horse I guess. That swomp motor is ideal for Jon boats. Right now I'm running a Suzuki 2.5 outboard. It's not quite enough
