    I just about spit my water out of my mouth when you todays technician know about airflow and duct work! 90 percent of the technicians I work with dont know didly squat and recommend the wrong solutions!

    It all sounds good on paper but real life is different. First of all business is not consistent like say 3 calls a day. Secondly once you hire a technician its not in their interest to do all that customer relations stuff you talking about. People just want to get paid for the working hours and I'm pretty sure a tech would look at you strange if as an owner you would say to them that ,hey by the way build the customer relationship and sell.more stuff,
