I’ve had the Zoom H4n Pro for 3 years now. I haven’t used it, because I couldn’t understand the literature that came with it, and the videos that I found were much to technical. Thanks for the simple breakdown on how to use this machine.
Excellent, the best instructions, with the best energy in this tutorial of the H-4N. I love that little recorder, and keep loving it more when I discover new ideas and modes on the H4 N. It is a great tool for a composer, songwriter, musician, or speaker. Mike is on the top to keep your attention to learn the H4. He is the best !!
I really appreciate your video and instruction. I am a teacher and you do a GREAT job keeping your audience engaged. Your information was clear and easy to understand.
I would like more videos about the H4n pro because the things I still have doubts about even with the instruction manual, my doubts are wav and mp3 audio frequency and placing musical instruments volume and frequency for them, thank you
Thank you for this tutornial -- I've been trying to figure out this gadget since it arrived and this video helped immensely. Cool song at the end, too, it made me realize that maybe I don't need to buy a $500 digital mixing board just this minute... lol
I love the video already. Especially because of your sense of humor. I just ordered the h4n pro. I currently have the regular h4n zoom And I like it quite well. I also just subscribed. Keith Kuhn KK Motion Pictures Also on UA-cam
Great Video! Thank you very much. Is there a way to do a multitrack recording of at least two voices at the same time? So every voice gets an own track while using two microphones/headsets. For example an interview or a podcast. Thanks in advance.
Thanx Mike south a great vide0 😇 I’m so glad I chose the h4n pro. I originally got it to record band practice but this is such a great song writing tool! All the best, Marcus

awesome vid. Totally subscribable! I am not sure I understand how you record / stop / change the track / record again and the recording head goes back to the same spot. I guess I'll need to play with it and try making some MTR recordings.

What I hoped this video would confirm is if its possible to enabled MTR and have Track1 & Track2 set to both record say XLR1 at different levels as a means for safety track recording.
@@mikesytes may be I used the wrong wordings, I mean is it possible to record one input into separate tracks with different levels. i.e I have have one XLR feed and I want to record that one XLR input into two tracks with different recording levels
Great tutorial! Is it possible to record from two different inputs at the same time? For example, I'd like to point the built in mic at my guitar and sing into an XLR mic, and record both inputs as 2 separate tracks.
Great stuff Mike. Gonna subscribe; you're a great teacher, which ain't so easy. I am going crazy trying to figure out how to use a existing audio mp3 file as a track (in MTR or 4CH mode). Nobody has covered that in their videos. I'm sure it's doable. Is it using the Karoake tool? HELP
