To sand out the inside of a PVC pipe fitting, you can take a dowel and glue some sand paper to it and take off a lot of material with it really quickly.

FYI they do make larger VOSS bottles as well as half that size in both Plastic and Glass. i used them for ORE tubes for airsoft games. also have used large FIJI bottles stripped and beaten up for what looks like old fashion plasma bottles too with the hose on it. taped it to the role players arm and loaded him on a Willy it was a Vietnam based game not 100% accurate for that but it worked well

your videos are pretty creative and helpful. i couldn't help but notice you made a transparent ooze type instead of the opaque light green version that was in the TMNT II movie. it occured to me perhaps something like a conditioner, or there's the light green slime putty like you find in almost any toy isle. just a suggestion, that's all.

Firstly plus one for a Pip-Boy. Secondly I would personally use something a little more translucent. Something that will hold the glow a little better and looks more viscous, that looks more like ooze. But thats just me. All in all top effort all round.
