There are alot of mistakes
No 1:- u did not deduct the cover when find the number of bars
2:- Did not substract the the bend of 90 degree ( 2 bend) and also add the L shape minus the cover from depth of bed....

No.... Length is 1.5-.05-.05+ 2(.35)= 2.1 m
