I had my Tesla interior done by professional it came out great real carbon fiber pieces. Prior to installing each carbon fiber piece they installed thin layer of clear PPF wrap so in the future if I want to remove them (witch I won’t do) the glue doesn’t damage the original trim. I also had ambient lighting that I can control with my phone iPhone it’s nice.

I dont like that center piece missing on the cener consoul. Is that necessary to not that space covered?
Does the glossy look better or this matte look?
Very nice modification. Looks great. How is it holding up after a year? If you remove it, will it damage the original dashboard/car?
They still hold up very well.
I removed them on other car before. If you slowly remove them with heat gun they shouldn’t damage wood panels underneath.

It's also important to know long term. I just traded-in my Model 3 after 4 years of covers. While I didn't cover the dash. I did cover the middle console. There was a ton of sticky stuff in my covers. I had to use Goo-Gone to get rid of the residual glue. I can't imagine how bad it would have been on the wood finish.
@@timhong4713what you could do if you are worried about the glue residue, you could have clear PPF applied to all the surface prior to installing the carbon fiber. I solved your problem.
Does the carbon fiber dash cover interfere with the AC
Not at all. It has zero effect to the AC vent s.

Can you still slide the center console cover without it touching/scratching?
Yes, I had the same thing on my Model 3 which it’s been about almost 2 years now. There is no scratches that where damaged by close and open.

I've tried wrapping my center console with 2 different products. Non of them let the center console sliding door work properly. They would never close without me helping!!!

Please do not use TMA PLUS products, they shipped damaged and fake products, nightmare to work with their customer server, they refuse any mistakes... What they ship you for Promotion is different from what they ship to regular customers... This is wrong and needs to be reported.
