To count a value of +1 (or +2 and such) with an attack it needs to say OR. When it's an Attack +2 can be used only with that attack and not as a value to others. You used several times Attack +1 and +2 as added value to a different attack (for example 23:52 and 25:55).
You seem to know your stuff. If I get the +2 to hand limit from travellers scene do I keep that for the next 2 scenes?

I thought I share that in the phrase where you choose an upgrade card to put on top of your deck, the rule also says that you may skip getting an upgrade card and remove a card from your discard pile instead, which was include picking from the cards played that turn since you discard them before revealing the upgrade cards. I did notice you didn't trash anything during the entire game, and maybe removing some of the starter cards out of the deck during times that the upgrade cards weren't helpful would at least avoid getting the starter cards with low number modifiers back into your hand later on in the game.
I can't tell if the rules do say you can skip either option during the step, but once you deck has a few good upgrade cards (some big modifiers cards, hybrid attack cards (let you choose which attack to do), a heal, and cards giving you range) and a decent deck size in case you get junk (20+ card decks for enemies that add junk to your deck each turn), it would be a good deck to carry through the playthrough.
