Oh my god, it's beautiful. I remember it so well. I used to use Carbonex 8 with aluminium head and carbon shaft. I would string this racket at 20-22lbs tension, no more. You have to take into consideration that graphite has a shelf life just like any other material. Like the knot but not keen on the two piece restring.
not necessarily. yes mains are longer, but they are also dense (closer together) which neutralizes the fact that they are longer. another factor is that mains are tensioned when they are straight, and they are displaced (zigzagged) during the cross tensioning process. therefore their final tension is actually higher than when they were initially tensioned.
excuse me Kwun, but why do you always switch from fixed clamp to floating clamps????????? and guys,if you look closely, you can see the adidas adipower force on the floor
Why are you using floating clamps when you have fixed clamps?
Surely the tension would be better using fixed clamps.

Hey Kwun,
How come you switched back and forth between fixed and floating clamps ?
very observative, Zheng Ming. :)
Hi,can you upload a video about stringing Yonex Voltric Z-Force or maybve Z-Force II?Really appreciated

Usually mains should be strung at higher tension than crosses, as they are longer...Right?
This is 21lbs??
Its faster switching clamps to clamps when doing the cross
Please make slow motion video
i have yonex carbonex 20sp original made in japan, can i string this type racket at 26-28 lbs ?
No broo.
tension of string you aplied ???
21lbs mains and 23.1lbs crosses.
Thx...^^
Do you think a Cab 21 Special would be able to take 24lbs? 🤭
Yes
Depends on the age of the racket.
Ahh I see, thanks
Can tensioning up to 25lbs.
Rare to get? I get those to string all the time! LOL.
