I just finished watching huberman lab podcast on focus on ways to somewhay catch up if you did not get enough rest or sleep. I did not know that this method was the same technique they were using when i use to take this Les Mill class Body Flow!! I always felt energized after the session and we would do this at the end! Definitely incorporating this in my routine!

This one puts me in like a trance/napping state I get through the part where we relax each part of the body and next thing you know I’m waking up refreshed at about the 13 minute mark. I don’t know how it does it but it’s perfect ❤

Ah....what a great experience. I should do this first thing in the morning, or when I know that after work, I have other things to do: shopping, meeting a friend, cooking etc. Amazing mediation that I did not want to leave.
