    Its getting better. I can parkour train now, but I still can't do any flips.

  • @ronniestreetstunts

    They are very similar, but a thief you end up using both hands after the first one and pushing more into a dash vault.

  • @ronniestreetstunts
    @ronniestreetstunts  11 років тому +6

    The type of training I do over the years builds more technique and reflex strength, not as much muscle. When I'm in good condition though I do have a six pack :)

    Hey Ronnie, what’s it called when you put both hands on a railing and jump sideways over it so the you go horizontal and land in facing the other direction, I’ve done this before, just randomly, and I wanted to know if it has a proper name

    Ronnie, I have a question... I just started doing parkour . And Ive been practicing wall climbs and stuff.. And I can kick off perfectly fine, I get really good height, I can grab the wall fine.. But when I try propelling my self on top of the wall, it just doesnt work.. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I do a kong or monkey vault, my legs are too long to fit under my body. What do I do to counter my long legs?
