Yeah, I can see him dropping 70 points in a game that his team still loses, just like early-career Booker. He is going to be a star but he needs to continue improving and expanding his game towards winning basketball.
@@TerranovaBasketballStudyTrue true, this Nets team isn't nearly as bad as that Suns team. I only meant that his there is room for improvement in areas of his game like you mentioned in your video. It will be fun to watch his career progress.
@@jomu4650 so what last year is not this year. I also have questions given his propensity to chuck the ball if he can play with co-stars or he is strictly a "I am the system" player just like James Harden. Yes he is very efficient right now but that's with him monopolizing the shots I wonder if he can co-exist with other superstars and still maintain his high TS%.
@@roslolian11 The 32% is only across a 7 game sample (pre-injury) this year which is why you need to also factor in the 38.2% from last season for context. Also, there currently are no 'superstars' on the team, only decent-good role players so then your question becomes hypothetical. The closest scenario we have of him with superstars is with KD/Kyrie who he did mesh well with when together on court but back then cam was just starting out and coming off the bench.
@@jomu4650 IIf we are going to use the sample size argument why are we even having this video then? Based on the small sample you can also argue he won't sustain this type of production. As for whether he can play with superstar that's easy to answer can he play off the ball? Right now he gets his points by ISOs and individual scoring so we don't know yet.

liked and subscribed, and I ALMOST NEVER do that. Enjoy the in-depth analysis bro, keep it up!
Thank you
His offensive game and physical build reminds me of H.O.F. Mitch Richmond...
He is like a minmaxed devin booker
That’s kinda a perfect way to put it

@@Coggzillathat’s true but Book also had one of the worst teams in the league when he did that lol

Best pure scorer in the program since Chris Jackson aka Mahmoud Abdul Rauf…
Build a team around HIM. Not the other way around
Devin vassell is next. He has all tools to be a top 25 players in NBA. Just have to stay healthy
Would recommend checking out @SwiftHoops220 video Vassell ua-cam.com/video/6l3Xo1TOiS0/v-deo.htmlsi=z-pr3n39D40kJ_hf
@@TerranovaBasketballStudy thanks for the link. I'm glad someone mention about vassell
His 3 PT percentage isn't that good though only 32% it's pretty low.
He shot 38.2% just last yr, and a lot of those were off the dribble.
