Its very very informative video. I would like to say thanks to creator. And will add 1 thing. The file path would not amended in command directly rather we have to right it in notepad and then copy to command
Dear Tutor, my name is Blessing. Pls I would like to know how to deal with unknown error associated with HEGTOOL while trying to input modis .hdf file on the GUI.
the video is very helpful. however, if i try to import an .hdf file, there is a prompt "multy-word directory in .......... is not acceptable. how do i resolve this?
if the command center tells you that the path doesn't exist: Don't paste the path into the command center and then change the backslashes to frontslashes. Write the whole path without copy-pasting.
I also struggled with the same problem. But solved! 1) Java path setting is bit tricky. you have to replace backslash with forward slash. And you have to use backslash for space (e.g. c:/Program\Files/Java...). 2) after having Hegtool.bat, still problem exists. Open Hegtool.bat in notepad, and check if Java path is correct. In my case, Java path in Hegtool.bat was totally wrong!
4 years on and still very helpful. Thank you!
Thank you so much. This video was really very helpful for what I needed. It was my last hope.
