We had someone in our guild who managed to make it through the event with Gear 10 zBastilla and Gear 4-5 the rest of the characters. That makes this both a relief and frustrating at the same time.

With the introduction to Malak, GAS, and Galactic Legends, this event feels so f2p now. Even GAS and Malak feels f2p compared to Galactic legends, heck even some GLs feels f2p compared to the newest GL which is Master Kenobi

The reason you can't get very far in Kotor is you need to have maxed out strength and dexterity, other wise you will die. Also first time through use the soldier😉 Though I still cannot believe you did not play all the way through yet🤣 Great video as always!!!

Yup we will definatly be getting a Darth Revan, it will probably require the other Party Members that they havent released yet. I cant wait for Canderous to come out for a mandalorian meta.
I got super lucky. Bought the $10 packs when they were released, got them to 5-6 stars before the event, and only had to spend $100 in crystals to unlock him. :) Got 4 50 shard drops in 15k crystals. I'm so hyped!
A guy in my guild unlocked 7* Revan yesterday. I couldn't believe he did it! Pretty ballsy move in my opinion. I'm still waiting to see how relevant he will be in the arena, TW, etc. I will say though, his Old Republic toons weren't that high, all were Gear VIII. Bastila at 85, Mission at 79, T3 at 71, Zaalbar at 80, and Jolee at 80. So, there's that silver lining? Haha!
Having played the event and run OR in arena prior to event..Mrs Saladbar (mission zalbar) are 2 really cool toons modded proper and used right. Rev, just made it feasible to run a OR in arena.
Also, I loved the quote, "Man, I'm glad I didn't spend $400 to get dodged all the time..." Fast-forward to March 25 2020. Glad, I didn't spend $6000 to not unlock these GLs...
Wasn't going to watch because of spoilers... but those top notch sound effects had me rolling. Super fun video. Also, between KOTOR 1 & 2 I completed those games about 20 times. There's so many different paths to take.
I finally got him too! Took me months of grinding and really making use of those double rewards whenever that passed by Now I just need to gear him up. And I have sooooooooo much gear. So I thought I could get to gear X, maybe XI, pretty quick But Revan uses different gear of what I had saved up from raids etc xD so now the gear grind can start
Hey Ahnald, I recommend for your first KOTOR playthrough you do a complete Vanilla playthrough with no mods and then if you do a second playthrough that's when you get mods for it. Yea the graphics haven't aged well but that's really secondary compared to the writing and development of the characters. Heck it feels like at least 60% of the game is purely dialogue and just talking to people

Kotor is my favorite game of all time. I have so many fond memories of that game and I have replayed it, and Kotor 2, more than any other game. To be honest I have fonder memories of Kotor than of the original Star Wars trilogy
I would agree with the speculation that a darth revan should be expected and I wouldn't be surprised if some dark side aligned kotor characters were add/changed to be labeled as old republic
Event started at 8:00am here.... unlocked by 9:00am. Nearly £350.... no regrets. If you have a G11 Bastila, you can get through with g7 or 8 with the others and do it comfortably.

The rancor in the first phase actually gets the raid boss bonuses for when he gets to a certain amount of rounds.

To help answer the gear question. I competed the event this morning with a G12 bastila, G11 Jolee, G8 everyone else. I won with ease on all tiers.
