Seems that way. And they seem to like putting their town halls in or near a town park. 😀

Back when we lived in Asheville we would often walk the loop at that park. It gets really hot there with all the direct sunlight but you can wade in the river to cool off. Great spot and not far from Seirra Nevada brewery.
