Hey man, it was nice to say hi to you last month at that practice gig! I've got my apartment in BKK3 up and running and I set myself up with all the basic cooking stuff and I shop for fresh ingredients every day at all kinds of different markets and shops. 3 months now of mainly cooking at home (awesome Italian 2 burner gas cooker) and I spend 5 dollars a day cooking 3 meals with nice variety of dishes. 150 a month on groceries that include all kinds of fruit. I eat out maybe 2 times a week, but when I do I don't have to worry so much about finding a great discount...just go and have what I want from a really good restaurant. My carbon steel wok I found at a small old dusty shop and paid only 12 bucks for is fully seasoned for cooking now and is now non stick naturally...best fried eggs ever and stir frys everday bro!
Great video 🤗 love your professional camera work with the many changing angles. 🥰
Great vid, Tom!
My Cambodian neighbors usually use "e gets.". They usually get a container of rice mixed with vegetables and meat and then a separate bag of soup for a total of $1.25
Definitely delicious
G'Day , I cheat as I get the misses to go food shopping at the markets way better , either way i don't mind cooking ..

I prefer to order food from grab. They seem to have wayyyy better deals (imo)
I have 5 food apps - grab is good sometimes. Their delivery is fast. The cheapest app BY FAR is “WoW NOW” they have meals for like $2
@@TomTripsOut damn, that's the one I haven't used yet. I'll have to check it out
