Great clarification! The FIPS requirement is mystifying, though. The products I've been exposed to are generally subpar & don't integrate well; their only selling point is FIPS compliance.

Does anyone know where to find any documentation or official literature regarding the POA&M requirements/limitations that were highlighted around the 10:30 mark? I have looked but can't find anything that reflect these notes
