After going in cinematic you need to hold the acceleration button a while so horse starts moving then you can let go of controller. Then by tapping accel. button you can speed up or tap the slow button to slow. Tap cinematic button to exit auto ride

Ride them until they are absolutely exhausted, jump off and try, repeat again, or shoot the horse so it lands with untouched satchel facing up. Horses that have their ears perked up are very friendly, just get some extra trust first.

It’s literally the only way I travel now and yet nobody knows about it. So much easier than using the fast travel at camp or using the train or stage coach.
There's another fast travel option nobody ever talks about. Once you buy the map at camp, no matter where you are select the "set up camp" option and there's a fast travel menu

I tried doing stealth in a mission. this guy was pissing on a tree and his two friends had their back turned to him. I killed him silently with a throwing knife and got discovered immediately. So I guess stealth is pretty bad unfortunately.

1.u dont have to do the hosea mission to unlock fences, but the only fence that you can fence a wagon is owned bh seamus and u need to do this mission before u can start fencing wagons and stagecoaches. 2.if horses ears are pointed straight upwards, it WILL kick u, if they are pointed off to the side, it wont kick u.
"You unlock the fense after this mission" Yeah, followed by a pop up tutorial explaining that you can sell stolen goods to him. So the game DOES tell you about it.

Basically line of sight and gun shots get you spotted. You have a knife , throwing knives , and a bow and you can also choke from behind
