Hey Joe! Ken here from Nova Scotia. What I like about your videos is that you take the time to teach, explain and encourage feller fisher people, young and old. Really nice to see. So many just don’t have the patience.

Great video Joe!! There is nothing like sharing one of your passions with someone who has never experienced it. To see them get excited, and get a understanding of why you enjoy it so much is really rewarding. Great job Joe, you gave her a experience she will never forget!!!

Excellent episode Joe. There's nothing like a little female companionship, and having someone from another country, to the east coast to do a little fishing 😊 That is so awesome that she was right into it from the start! 😁....I'm happy and blessed for the both of you!!

I love the new adventure company! Seeing someone new catch their first brookie and a fine specimen to boot was truly enjoyable! I’ve only been to the trains by canoe and boat. Nice to see them snow covered. I truly appreciate you bringing Joe’s camp oven , I still have my grandfather’s 1950’s vintage and use it a couple of times a year!

You have done great with Donnie and his pan-fried donuts. But this has to be your best ice-fishing tube yet! Catch, Cook, Clean has a worldwide appeal. This time we could see you eating the fish and describing how it tastes. Maybe next time we can watch you clean and prepare it. You could show anyone how to icefish. This could be the model for inviting people from around the world to experience Maine ice-fishing.
You have mostly catered to Maine. But if you have a broader market, this channel could take off. England is more populated than California. Western Europe loves this kind of stuff. A Texas fisherman drives to Maine once a year to icefish for a day and gets over a million views. Andy of Mayberry had worldwide appeal but was almost cancelled with Andy as the comedian. His friend Barney saved the show. Sometimes one small change can mean everything.

Another great guest joe! Another great genuine spirit. My favorite fish to eat in order from best to good is walleye, pike, perch, trout, catfish, bass, and then bluegill. And blue gill isn't bad but a great go too when needed. Thanks for another great adventure joe!

Aint that the truth. Had a day last year that I caught nothing through the ice. I said, God, I only want one fish. And if I didn't get a fish in that next ten minutes, I'd pack up and be cool with a skunk. Sure enough 5 minutes later, landed a 14 inch brookie. It was unreal! Only one fish, but a gooden.

Don't know if this is new, but the 2023 Inland Fishing laws say that brookies in lakes, ponds, and rivers, are a minimum 6" to keep.
