Was worried that the bottom edge at the back was going to look awkward, but when you rolled it under a bit it came out real nice.

Beautiful work you do! My Dad loved his fender skirts, I remember he even put them on his '59 El Camino.

I have a selection of round washers to draw out my lip. They roll around the former so are less likely to catch. I was waiting for you to work out that the air hammer is a lot easier and quicker. Haveagoodweekend Mate. Looks like its our turn for the 40deg temps over here in the east coast.

Bravo Jordan! Fender skirts have never been a thing for me but watching you go through the design, fabrication and implementation is nothing short of fascinating. Once they are painted and installed, I may even be converted a little. One of my first cars was a ‘49 Pontiac fastback and this Buick reminds me of of it. Keep up the awesome work😊👍

Oh man, the artistry going on here is just awe inspiring! Fantastic explanation of the process. Totally captures that classic Westergard tail dragger skirt look. A-and the Josh quick cameo (drink) kept my liver happy. What's with the ceiling Santa? Go Bennetts Customs, keep moving forward!

I’m an old American.the only experience I have with metric measurements is sockets and wrenches. I was out of school before they started trying to change us Americans into the metric system. But a guy can’t avoid it.Its everywhere. Long story short, I was a little shocked when you were talking about the bolts used to bolt the mold together. You were talking inches. Are bolts all measured in inches all over the world? Nice Car. Just found your Chanel.I subscribed. 🇺🇸👍🤪

I've always put my pencil through a flat washer to get that outside edge marked rather than the socket.

I like your technique on the wheel. I've seen a lot of guys run it just lengthways then wonder why they got too much shape.

I’m still learning different ways. This seems to work for me and the application! But always open minded to hear how others run there tracks

Those skirts came out nice Jordan especially with some colour on them at the end, what will keep the edges off the body, rubber or will they stand off the panel slightly ? Keep an eye on the post I sent you something other day anyway another good Vid. Cheers Greg

Mon this guy had a stock 1050 Buick 4 door, but it had all the extras on it fully dressed I have never seen the Buick with all the extra bumber guards, stock skirts, Apple ton spot light's and visor. The price was $12,000 because it needed breaks so if it was bought it would have to be trailer home. I regret not buying it because I have been looking for a 50 Buick for year's ever since my cousin bought his at the age of 19 year's old off the original owner it was burgundy beautiful color I was 16 thought it was the nices car I ever road it at the time felt like riding in a Cadillac smooth. The old man didn't think my cousin had the money at the time he named a price and my cousin had it so he sold it to my cousin. I think the old man really wanted to see some young guy owning it. The old man was getting to old to push the peddle.
After year's my cousin finally sold the car.

Not a big deal, but the lower die you are using in the English Wheel is a 36 inch radius die, not a 36 degree die..

Next, why not put great big inappropriate wing on it, then slam it so low the wheels are on top of the fenders.
