You know, everyone has a very authentic way of storytelling and worldview, and yours, for me, is very relatable. Like being true to your character and passion, and not trying to make something out of the industry but to just savour the process and enjoy it. And very very eager to read your book, Avdhoot!!! And your thoughts about well-read people, god, it felt so good hearing that. I think its a bit pretentious for me to think this way, but it felt you were personally praising me, and all the readers out there. And it felt really good. Lately, many other things took priority in my life and reading has become a bit of a hassle but still i find time to do, during my commute, while i am on breaks etc. Impacting a person is very hard. And making someone do something they haven't done before is even harder. But you are achieving that through your videos, whatever the number be. That is a satisfying feeling. Your life has been worthwhile. I was able to make 3 of my friends get into books. One of them is now my best friend and we both enjoy reading books so much, and its just amazing now. Thank you sm for everything you've done so far, and YOU'VE DONE GREAT! ❤

My perception changed after attending world book fair & Jaipur litfest this year. Seeing crowds listening to authors n buying books gave me hope that reading is not a dying hobby. I met a subscriber through my channel who is now a good friend. We started a book club together n it’s now a close knit community where we meet every month n discuss books. I am following your channel for the last two or two and a half years and I have probably not even commented on any of your videos and frankly speaking I have hardly ever read any of your recommended books and am sorry for that. But one of your videos which changed my entire perspective about reading was why i stopped reading self help books(around 2-3 months ago) and after that day I completely switched my reading and immediately stopped reading self help books. After that the first book I read was Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka and then later 2-3 other books like the pig that wants to be eaten and some other to be read books like Notes from underground and essential writings of ralph waldo emerson and walden by henry david thoreau. And from the day I changed the genre, after a few days or a month, the problems for which I used to read self-help books also started to go away on their own because the books I read later were forcing me to think instead of giving instant solutions, which helped me a lot. Thank you very much for this my friend. Do you have any suggestion for me brother or some book recommendations?
