Former member of Newboys, Bryan Olesen is the founder and lead singer of Christian pop/rock band VOTA. Bryan also serves as a worship leader at his home church in Lincoln, Nebraska. For more than a year now, the band has been working to help curb human trafficking between Nepal and India. In partnership with Tiny Hands International and Taylor University, VOTA's "Love Found Me" campaign is seeking to set up monitoring stations on the border of Nepal and India.

was working in the garage converting my lawn tractor from snow plow to grass cutting and stumbled on my live recording of Newsboys in Milwaukee WI back in 2004 that I bought at the show. Learned right before the gig that Jody Davis had stepped aside to care for his daughter and was a bit sad mostly for his situation, but also that I didn't get to see him as he's always been one of my favorites in the band. Bryan stepped in and did an amazing job, the band didn't miss a beat during his time with them. they sounded great. found this video recently and it's really a brilliant song - thanks for posting.

Good song but he didn’t belong on the voice, he’s a fraudster
