On my 06 I replaced the lower steering “ball joint” added a grease fitting, omi greasable upper steering bushing, polyurethane gresable sway bar bushings, gresable metal sway bar links, also did the buss connector mod

I now expect some remote lake dives when the ice melts in August. Does sound a lot better.
If there's something interesting to see in the remote lakes maybe. Mostly it will be Lake Superior dives this summer. Still have more dives to do on our new found wreck and I have plans for some north shore exploring with the boat and dive gear. Thanks Fred!

👍😎👌Nice job Rob you literally brought that ATV back from the graveyard. I wanted to know did you also end up replacing the ignition coils too after you swapped out the spark plugs?
I'm trying to determine where my short is with my 2010 BF750. I was in the process of taking out my battery but before I could detach the positive and negative terminals it slipped from my hand and made contact and grounded itself with the frame of the bike.😳
I heard an electrical distortion but all the fuses and relays are good. Now when you turn the key to on the fan immediately comes on and the push start button and headlight switch no longer works. The FI light also flashes and the fuel pump is no longer turning on. If you have any ideas in terms of where you think my electrical issue could be your help would be greatly appreciated.🙏
Thanks Man! Didn't replace the Ignition coils. Spark plug caps were cracked, so corrected that. Hmmm, ya electrical shorts are tough. I'm not the greatest with electrical. There might be switch relays that you missed or a fuse you missed. Other possibility is that a wire actually melted the wire casing but that would depend on how long it grounded for. I don't think it would've messed up the CDI box but if you have another one to try that would be one thing. Wish I could be more help. Good Luck!
@@RobFarrowATV Thanks for taking time to write me back. The strange thing about my situation is that if you run a jumper wire from the relay switch directly to the positive battery terminal it somehow restores electrical power back to the push start button, the light switch and the fuel pump. It works in reverse.😳🤷
Maybe something in that line from the relay switch or the relay switch is faulty?

Y’all are beast I need to rebuild one now my father in law bought it lock up paid 1500 🤦♂️ then he finally decided to pull plastics then he called me up said hey send me 500 you can have it I have him 500 he past this Feb unfortunately. So know it home with me and my daughter said let’s build this bike dad let’s do portals new motor let’s make this thing cool as it can be so looks like I’ll be elbow deep into this project in the winter what do you recommend a full rebuild kit I assume
