It’s like if the manager of the Doors fired Jim Morrison and told Ray Manzerek he’s the new singer. Or Brian Epstein got rid of Lennon and McCartney so he could build band around George and have more control over Beatles. There are much more likely scenarios. As Doug says he wasn’t there, he had no idea that Lou was going to leave. Most likely scenario is that Lou started getting flaky, Sesnick said he was tired of dealing with him, and Lou took this as opportunity to split.
