I believe that by day 3 Henryk ends up turning into the gentleman. Also by day 3 in the phrvl bop Henryk poisons everyone in the place. It happened to me after i saved him from caligura i guess he cracks under the pressure.

if you proceed him to the bar with a bunker
when everyone is save, they will be die poisoned by the food mad by henryk as soon as you sleep in the bunker
