Marcelo Garcia is such a caring coach. open minded coach. A true champion, a coach of champions, and clearly someone who still enjoys being a student. Braulio Estino is great. I love like this. Two great martial artists, world class champions and coaches learning from one another and passing knowledge down to others.
Braulio is as expert instructor, as very clearly shown in this clip...he & Marcelo are truly inspiring characters in the world of BJJ

Pure gold. Before COVID, I was able to put these concepts to use on the mat, and see them work successfully. And on top of that, the friendship and respect here is also pure gold.

man...these guys would get pounded in a street fight....JOKE!! these guys are real life super heroes!!!! MY friends started BJJ in a small Province in Canada 15 years ago. they used to huddle around a grainy old VHS instrcutional and watch leg locks over and over again....the only other optio was very expensive trips to the US / Brazil. Now You Tube really is awesome! thanks!
TechNACITYbjj it’s a blessing and a curse.... it’s too easy for people to work on a move they see on UA-cam for a while and then get bored before they have fully mastered it and move on to something else- there’s always something else shiny to get distracted by because there is so much content. When there were limited instructionals available, they would really focus on the same thing over and over and over again because there was nothing else to move onto. Blessing and a curse.

Fun Fact: Braulio finished Marcelo with a RNC in no gi and a Truangke choke in gi
