If u dont want salt in ur canker soar take some sort of gel ask ur dentist which gel u should use for canker soar and take a clean finger and apply its hurt a little but it will be much better than salt
If I gargle/swish in mouth multiple times would it have the same effect. I only say gargle because I have canker sores behind my molers, on tonsil, roof of mouth under gums lol so I need these bad boys to leave me alone. Apparently I caught Enterovirus at work.
Try not to bite your lip, do not use toothpase with SLS or whatever that was, check if you have vitamin b12 deffeciency, if you havae take more of vitamin b12

If you have some far down in your mouth or in your throat (like me) then gargle warm salt water.
It will come up again after few hours..Very good to do it before a meal so you can enjoy the food without pain
