    Ingredients:
    Cream cheese Chiffon Cake:
    cake flour 50g
    corn starch 5g
    milk 40g
    cream cheese 50g
    corn oil 15g
    granulated sugar 45g
    egg yolks 40g(around 3 egg yolks)
    egg white 96g(around 4 eggs)
    Cream cheese batter:
    cream cheese 170g
    granulated sugar 20g
    whipping cream 75g
    one egg
    half a tsp of vanilla extract
    cake flour 10g
    Mascarpone cheese batter:
    Mascarpone cheese 150g
    whipping cream 200g
    sugar 20g
    a tsp of vanilla extract
    gelatine leaves 3g
