Laura Ellen Bacon

British artist Laura Ellen Bacon discusses the process behind her sculptures including her "Rejuvenation" installation now on view at the Denver Art Museum through October 2024.
Bacon creates large-scale works using woven willow in landscape, interior, and gallery settings with the goal that her work might bring intrigue into both natural and built environments. Through these monumental structures, Bacon reminds us of our connection to the natural world. "Rejuvenation" is Bacon's first installation outside of Europe and is on view through October in the atrium of the Hamilton Building. Included with general admission, which is free for members and everyone 18 and under.
