In Canada, you probably need to apply this makeup with a lighter hand or you'll be quarantined for looking like having flu and a 40 degree celcius fever!

Aww thank you! Yes there are actually tips to help make eyes look a certain way, it just just depends whether you want your eyes to appear bigger or smaller, round, etc. :)
