It might be just me, who gets bothered by this, but Goku's colors aren't accurate. The red stripes on his boots come during the Android Saga. They're yellow during the Namek Saga.
I'm just so disappointed that we can't seem to get an accurate representation of Namek Saga SS Goku. The hair style, the lack of muscles, hair color, clothing colors... Something is always off.
Fair review of them both! A few years ago I accidentally bought a bootleg version of the Frieza and it seems to be shaded better than the real thing!

I feel that one of them should be turned the other way. So that way they can face one another full body.

Awesome pose to match together awesome characters. Beautiful looking too but they messed up I can’t spend that much on a messy factory job or if they actually decided to go with this lower body color.
I’m being told it’s a major QC issue. Sounds like his paint job is inconsistent across buyers

I have that Frieza and the lower body doesn't look that dark. The bottom and top are very similar. I think this is a QC issue.

I am unable to get a refund nor do I want to go through the hassle
it’s okay. Like sunburnt MSP Gohan it’s good for the memories and data for other collectors. I will say though - looking at other videos I wasn’t able to get a fair look at Frieza as their lighting is far too bright in a lot of them. Maybe I’ll buy another one in the future to compare
@@MatchesPeaches That will be a great revisit review in the future for comparison. I think your review is still quite valid. I checked eBay for used open box ones and the shading is inconsistent across different ones. Some of them have identical shading top and bottom, some subtle differences and others extreme like this. Looks like the luck of the draw if you get a new one.
Try more old Figure series, their sculpt are better than now like SC or bwfc, fes...

Must just be a QC issue on your Frieza. The shading on mine is not that horrible. Blends nicely top and lower half. Looks like yours is overdone.

Well my friend like always respect your opinion 🙏 but i actually like Freeza and Goku and i'm not just say because i have them in my collection in fact for me these Freeza is one of the best figures of Freeza as crane figures these is my opinion ✌️
