How to put a Glow Worm Ultracom into low and high fire mode to carry out a flue gas analysis and other load checks on the boiler. This video is for Gas and heating engineers who are competent in the required areas.

So you can check combustion in low and high fire. Lowest heat input is where the flame is closer to the burner head and potentially cooled (impinged) and could create high CO and at high fire the flame may lift off the head and burn in evenly and cause high CO. You are also checking the operation of the gas valve, fan and combustion air supply and exhaust (integrity of the flue/chimney) high flue/chimney temps could also indicate poor heat exchange and incorrect heat input.
More checks should be carried out in accordance with M.I’s

Hi does anybody know How to set the clock to the right time?

press and hold prog button for 5 seconds until it flashes , press the hot water plus or minus to change hours, press prog to go to minutes, use hot water button to change minutes then press prog to finish, time is set
