Vacation Training - Crazy hot/humid - HS obstacles - 30 min EMOM (burpees, FS, Push Press)

  • Great training while in Florida - with BONUS HS walk obstacle footage!
    HS Walk 12', over a 4" x 2' box, another 5', then up a 10' ramp, 5 times (every couple mintues)
    Then, 30 min EMOM:
    10 burpees
    10 Front Squats (35lb DB's)
    10 Push Press (35lb DB's)

    Even on vacation the man is working out! Love it!!! Funny, I’m same way. I’ll be going to cali for work, first thing I looked for was a box close by so I can do a drop in.

    For a second I thought you were doing 10 of each every minute...I didn't know if that was possible for 1 minute let alone 30 minutes.
    After watching you do the workout, I was super impressed with you getting after that gnarly workout on vacation. Especially with how hard you pushed on the final rounds!

      Totally! I think it could be possible for one minute...but not much more than that! I may give that one minute challenge a try this week and see...make it a "death by," since it would only be 1 or 2 minutes, haha! Appreciate your support Chris!
