Your explanation was fantastic! It took me a moment to distinguish between the topics and actions, but your insights made a huge difference and helped me reach the finish line. I truly appreciate your exceptional work! Thank you!

Great Video. I too have the same question. How the "SharePoint List" is connected as "Knowledge Source" for the agent? It's not possible when I tried it. Can you show us how was it done? whether it can be done when you have Fabric Capacity license or something?

      Hi and Thanks,
When you create a new agent in Copilot Studio in the knowledge section you can add SharePoint, Public websites, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Service Now and so on....

Thank you for sharing this: One question: Can we add a single Sharepoint List as a knowledge Source for the Copilot Studio Agent?

How resilient is the copilot if your request is more natural language based?
Like, “Delete Job #24-0094” vs “delete 24-0094” vs “delete job 24-0094 vs “can you delete the most recent Downtown job” ?
Let’s say you have a bunch of similar words (job, project, item, number, no., etc.) will Copilot suggest items and request clarification from the user?
If it makes a mistake, can deleted items still be restored?
Can Copilot also provide more complex summaries - e.g, “please list all items that have changed in the past week, and summarize for each item which columns have changed, and what their previous and current values are”?

      Hi @isaiahjberg,
      Thanks for your interesting questions.
Generally speaking you can improve the intelligence of Copilot (AI) using Topics, in the case is doing mistakes with wordings.
Restore is a valid option by default you have 30 days before an item is fully deleted.
You can also implement an action that is able to restore items or have a look to the last items deleted in the last 30 days for example.
Answering the last question this scenario is more difficult to cover, but is possible using SP REST API for versioning.
Hopefully I have answered your questions.
