Thank you for this, does it work with document libraries that contain PDFs or a SharePoint list stored on SharePoint?
I followed this and ask my bot about PDFs in SharePoint and it just says 'No information was found that could help answer this'.
This is a very useful video though, thank you!

Hi Ian, In this video the response is coming from PDF document stored in SharePoint, so it is possible. SharePoint list is not supported, hence you will not be able to get the information using this approach with SharePoint list.

@@PowerTechSpeck Thank you very much for replying.
I guess, for the SharePoint list, I can just export it as a file separately using Power Automate and use that file as a knowledge file in Copilot Studio.
I added a document library with PDFs but it didn't seem to work.
      I'll try again.
      Thanks again.

@@ACatCalledSnow @PowerTeckSpeck Thanks, this video was very clear and easy to follow.
I am able to authenticate and log in. But My CoPilot is not returning any information from the SharePoint site.
The conversation map shows me that it is trying to retrieve information from my SharePoint site, but the output is empty, and I am getting the same response 'No information was found...'
Ive had this issue for some time, and haven't succeeded. Do you have nay advice or troubleshooting suggestions please? Thanks :)

Do you have to republish it everytime you have added something to the sharepoint?

Hi Twan Vermeulen - you need not publish everytime.

Your Video is really useful. One correction on the scope that it must be "Site.Read.All Files.Read.All". I found the error without dot.

Thanks Winai. I realised it post upload, hence at 10:54 you will see information icon on top right (I admit its not easily visible) which will show the correction. Glad that you are following on the video. Keep the comments flowing !

Is it possible to get information from sharepoint list?

Hi Nazwif - I think its just for document library and not for list. As the whole objective is to parse through the document stored in SharePoint site (ground data in your intranet)
