I would love to buy it because this looks like an awesome product. But it isn't suitable for my kit as I don't use full size goggles. Great design either way.
god I love Airsoft for this exact reason, people are always trying to find a way to do things better and develops the sport. Thank you for your contributions!
The reason your products always look so simple is because you put the time in to make them do exactly what they are suppose to without a bunch of extra. Another great looking product man, gotta grab one next payday!
Love it. The field I play at requires a hard lower mask - and after running a helmet, goggles, and a mesh mask.. there's a lot of straps that it takes a second to get the helmet on and off and has to be done a certain way. This is a great way to eliminate the extra strap while still giving you (mostly) full protection.
Best mask I have ever owned and I have the dye i4, standard metal mesh, and the onetigris slim mask. The essentials mask blows all of those away by far.
please make a tan or multicam version this is honestly a revolutionary evolvement of face masks it looks much better and its made to be more ergonomic. With more camos and colors this could be widely sold to people looking to make specific loadouts like myself.
Great looking product and I'll consider buying one. My only suggestion/hope would be to lengthen the upper cheek part to go to the edge of the eye pro with another mounting point using the plungers. This, IMO would help protect the zygomatic bone area and help prevent a bb from hitting the skin and rolling up under and into eye pro (something I see a fair amount of on the field).
@@BrainExploder I’d definitely be interested in a more coverage version! I think this is great but i agree it needs to have a little more cover in my opinion for the same reason from above.
Agree. I have this product and I really like it. However, I wish I had a little more protection on the cheek (than a just a bacalava) that would stop before earpro. It could be thin so as to not interfere with one's cheek to the stock. As mention two other dumbbells could connect the extra protection to one's goggles.
This is not the intended mounting method, but I zip-tied this to my helmet chin strap, and it works incredibly well, especially if you're running shooting glasses or low-profile goggles.
Ordered this mask and played out with it last weekend. Can confirm, it's awesome. I live in WI 75 degree weather and lost of running around. I paired this with Xaegistac Airsoft Goggles and they work just fine. My goggles only fogged up once during the day and that was when I had my head down while I was taking a breather after sprinting from one end of the field to the other, so more so my fault because of the way I was breathing. Whole set up is plenty comfortable, enough room to breathe just fine. 10/10 I even recommended this mask to several people when I overheard them talking about mask fogging.
This is so dope genuinely one of the best airsoft innovators out there. A larger profile one would be so cool too with that rubber flexible material for people who would like to protect more of their face.
Wish this was more widespread. Such genius design. If only there was a different version that has one cheek protection, with option for either left or right.
Best face protection I ever tried, very clever design. I always had issues with fogging, not anymore with this product. I highly recommend it 😊 Works very well with Revision Wolfspider goggles
Looks like a great product I have it on order now. Its solves my problem of wanting something sci fi looking but always hating the cheek weld of "one-piece" masks
As a guy that isn't very athletic trimming down unnecessary weight helps and the design is great for protecting the essentials, breathable, pushes breath away from your goggles so you don't fog i need it
I fogged through everything ever and this setup with the foam removed off the goggles outdoors is zero fog and I have 3 cams that get hot sitting on my forehead.
I very much appreciate that this looks like a BRAND NEW product to the airsoft market that actually serves a particular purpose, as opposed to the usual "this is MY version of the M4/Glock" people usually "make".
Yeah definitely having the ability to buy more dumbbells would be a good idea. After two milsims one broke and the other one is well on its way. I think it's a matter of rub damage from the edges of the goggles where they insert. The other piece is already split and has seemingly been cut into by the edge one layer deep. This is probably from the slight movement of the mask when using a drink tube and not being able to just pull it away since its attached to the goggles. I may poke a hole in either side and secure it with a strap to either side of the arc rail like my goggles are and what is shown in the video. Otherwise I cant imagine that the other two sets that come with the mask are gonna last much longer seeing as I've got at least 6 more milsims before the year is up.
Just got mine in and can confirm that it integrates with the Smith Optics Turbo Fan. My only complaint, and this is more something that I just need to figure out, not really a design flaw, doesn't mesh too well with beards as it pushes the lower part away a bit. May need to attach something to the lower end to secure it in place but that still allows for quick detach. More testing needed. Will get back to you.
@@BrainExploder so update after taking it to 5 milsims, one of the dumbbells broke. No idea what happened, was just running around during Copperhead and it snapped. Would be useful to be able to just buy those.
@@feverish666 which part? The issue wasn't really my beard necessarily. Where it clips into the mask on the smith optics there was plastic over the hole it needed to go into. So in my case I put it in the wrong hole, boing, and it allowed the mask to move freely. After cutting away the plastic and putting it in the newly made tight hole, zing, everything worked fine.
Should work with most large goggles, some just might need a vent hole added to run the dumbbell attachment through, this can be done with a hot iron or a heated up piece of metal, just please be careful.
Mine just came in. Super excited to try it out. But It reminds me of samurai demon half masks. If you made one in that style I’d definitely buy another!
This looks awesome< however I notice with the Revision goggles there is that gap that is just big enough for a BB to sneak through, my current mask setup has this same issue, you might think the chances that a BB will sneak in there is really small, but it happens surprisingly often and stings like a m'afk, have the scars on my nose to prove it. That ESS fitment is superb looking though.
ESS definitely a better fit the foam heads do throw off the fit a little as they seem to be smaller than an avg human head and the mask hangs more than it would on most faces exhausting the gapping.
