@@michaelgermanovsky1793 WW2 needed intervention because it was clear that Germany was invading entire Europe, and naturally will invade the US afterward. In this case, Russia repeatedly said it won’t tolerate Ukraine joining NATO, and then made good on the threat. There is no reason to think they want to invade anyone else or that they even have the military capability to do so.
