The problem with that is that now she's barely usable in any other list. They knew Elsa would be the issue but they won't nerf her until after this season is over. I'd say expect another Kitty/Angela/Bounce nerf in the next OTA.
@@Daltonissyeah i wouldn't say she's dead, her effect is still super strong enabling engines like angela bishop and now elsa, but i too hate what they're doing with the balance changes. instead of tweaking newer cards they nerf to oblivion old cards that became good because of combos with them. outside of loki, collector does no points. because of alioth, galactus is dead. i do like when new cards feel strong but there should be a limit to that tbh

Wow! A 2 cost season pass card that gets crazy numbers specifically in bounce, being so strong multiple cards that don’t deserve it get nerfed?!? Now that’s an original idea
strictly better than Dazzler +lower cost +same power with no locations filled +more power, even after the first location +more than 3 triggers possible +power spread out +not counterable by enchantress/rogue
I know people are paying for the card so they dont really care to balance it but they should have definetly at least kept it as an ongoing like they showed it in the ad. Thats one thing i hate about this season pass thing cause now weve created an environment where if they make the card somewhat fair you will have player complain saying i paid for this card but its easily countered by (blank) so i wasted my money. i think they should just make it ongoing and decrease the power buff to 2.
I think you could have played Chavez in the game against Angolanosman if you droped the ninja in Altar on turn 5. You would have 5 energy to play Chavez, thanks to Elysium
My only issue with all these new cards is...every deck is just filled with things I don't have. Like damnit, I feel like I've got a decent amount of cards until every decent deck has at least 2 cards I don't have. So I am just stuck with decks that feel sort of weak.
Only ever get the season pass card and Elsa is easily one of the most busted ones I’ve gotten. Feels super strong with bounce/move packages getting multiple procs per turn, turn after turn, paired with bast and other cards. Really strong
Yeah, that is definitely needed. It doesn't feel like a game at the moment, just a USD cheat code. Possibly biased by the game selection to showcase; this video is mostly laughing at huge numbers, rather than any consideration or strategy. As I recall even the 2 billion power integer overflow shenanigans back in the day were a lot more exciting because it was tricky to line up.
The first game was insane I thought Elsa will only buff card from her own location. also the fact that the opponent didnt retreat immediately even after seeing those giant Kitties lmao
He should have stayed. Losing 2 cubes ain't that big of a deal. It was so unsatisfying when left on last turn. Like damn, bro needed to sit back and watch the craziness of elsa x kitty. But no, let's escape and save 1 cube

Got a bishop, angel, level 1 deck with elsa that has been killing it. I threw in sentry to get big numbers incase since level 1 can fill right side easy
When going up against I noticed weird stuff with moving cards and filling locations of her ability not procing even when it seems like it should because a card was still played there the same turn cards were moved there
23:30 is weird because he technically was played but moved to that location, so I wonder if the location only registers it as moved.... I wonder if that interaction is consistent with something like alioth

Hey! new player here so I did some research on kitty and saw alot of players got her for free. So I was wondering for anyone new do we have to be at a higer card pool to get her card or could it be random?
Kitty Pride used to have a slightly different effect, where her getting bounced was a manual action that you could take. This was very buggy, and they had to remove her from the game to change her effect to her current one. To compinsate us for losing the weekly card, they gave her for free when she was rereleased. This only occured at that time, so you have to get her as a series 5 card now.
Angela and kitty nerfed again next ota just like they did with galactus... nerf the new card? Naah... only zabu and surfer were an exception because they would have lost too many players at the time

I think it's likely they nerf her to be "the FIRST time each location is filled" That way even if you fill the entire board you'll only get her buff three times.
80 to 90 % of my opponents play destroy with kilmonger, so unfortunately this deck is uselsse for me. Don't know why I only face destroy decks, kinda boring. And I thought hearthstone was the game with only 2 good decks..
It’s so exhausting trying to enjoy the game when 2D just keeps releasing this obviously broken crap. She should at the very most give +2 and more realistically +1. The idea of a 2 cost card consistently generating 10+ power is a joke

Seems like Bast would be ideal in this (probably instead of Ghost Spider) Beast only loses one and everything else profits (esp. Mysterio)

Can someone please explain why hit monkey is never the last card played? It's an on reveal effect right? So it gets more buffs when it's played last?
Hit Monkey kind of works like Wolfsbane, in that it counts face down cards as having been played for its buff. Pretty handy QoL.
