I hate the "Don't snitch" culture in the black community because if someone was stealing from us, we would want people to say something or come forward, but when the incident isn't related to us, we (not me) say "Why are you snitching". Not cool and if she has money like that then she should have paid first instead of sticking her nasty hand in and grabbing it like a black cookie monster.
